Which Job Board Should I Use to Best Find a Job?

Finding the right job is getting very difficult with all the layoffs and cutbacks that corporate America is doing. I've been laid of 5 times due to cut backs and bankruptcies. I've become very acquainted with the various job boards and have learned to use them to their max in getting interviews. One thing that I've learned is that you need to be visible on as many job boards as possible as companies do not use all job boards when posting their positions. There are your most popular such as Monster.com and Careerbuilder.com but there are many more that are just as effective if not more effective.

With technology what it is today, the best companys no longer use newspapers or magazines to post their open positions. They use various career resume posting sites because they provide quicker and more candidates than ever before. This of course makes the competition even more difficult.
